any of you computer studs have a suggestion on this error that pops up everytime I turn on my laptop? lately the computer is staying on the "please wait" screen forever and ever. this happened ever since I installed my new kapersky antivirus 2010. I was thinking now might be a good time to make use of the "computer backup" option.

It has to do with your camera being blocked by Kaspersky isntall.

it's you cam control that's not loading. no big deal but probably need to fix.

thanks for the comments, nah I don't cam ha. I used to when overseas just to keep in touch with family and stuff.
Yeah I located the file and what it does, but I have no idea what to do to get it going...I'll have to research more with toshiba (my laptop) or kapersky. thanks again
